When checking-in,Please ensure that you show a valid identification at our Front Desk :

 Domestic guest will need to show valid ID cards or any other legal document(s) for identification purposes ( driver licence, passport.. ).

 Foreigner guest, who settled in foreign are required to present passports with a valid entry and exit visa.

If customers paid by company or guaranteed by a deposit, would be returned identification 

If foreigners order without guaranteed payment, shall retain identification (passport or deposit). Vietnamese’s  

required to leave ID card and deposit 50% deposit money in advance. If possible, please pay 100% charge of

Check-in time is after 14:00  

Check-out time is before 12:00 (noon)  

If you would like to stay more or late check-out, please inform us in advance. Depending on the availability rooms, we will arrange according to your requirements and will be charged as follows:

Early check in :

Before 6:00AM will result to to 100% charge of the room rate per night shall be

From 6:00AM to 8:00AM : a charge of 50% of room rate per night shall be applied

From 8:00AM to 12:00AM : a charge of 20% of room rate per night shall be

From 12.00 pm to 14:00PM will result to charge or not, depending on the fact (10%)

Late check out:

After 12:00 noon to 14:00PM: Depending on some cases, guests can be requested or not for paying.

After 14:00PM to 16:00PM will result 20% charge of the room rate per night shall be applied.

After 16:00PM to 22:00PM will result 50% charge of the room rate per night shall be applied.

After 22:00 PM will result to 100% full room rate

Number of persons per room: Maximum 2 - 3 persons per room, depending on type of room.

Children policy

Free of charge for children less than 6 year-old (sharing bed and meals  with their parents).

The children from 6 - 12 years old will be charge  (maximum 1 child sharing bed with parents).

For children from 12 years old upward will be charged as adult policy.
