Reservations – Guarantee/Deposit

Guarantee bookings:

Deposit based on supply/demand is applied with agreement of the both parties upon booking confirmation. In some cases, guests are not requested for paying deposits.

For guaranteed reservations: Bookings must be guaranteed by cash, by major credit or debit card, by  payment of a deposit or by agreement in writing with a company, travel agent or hotel booking agency.

Rooms will be guaranteed even when Guess arrive late.

This is a NOT compulsory policy but you can help us make checking-in procedures faster.

Deposit time At least 2 to 5 working days (before guest check -in) are required depend on capicities.

Unless rooms must be non guaranteed.

Deposit for the first night room rate (or 50% of total the room rates)

Also, depending on the actual situation this time may vary and will notify the hotel guests.
