If a guaranteed reservation is cancelled at any time up or illegal Guests shall implement properly the following regulations:
Walk-in
There is no charge and any deposit paid will be
returned, if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled before 48 hours of arrival
day
Cancellation before 24 hours of arrival date to be charged 50 % of the whole
deposit money
No- show or cancellation within 24 hours before check- in time to be charged 100
% of the whole deposit money
Delegation
FIT1 (from 1 room to 10 rooms)
5 days before guest check-in : there is no charge
and any deposit paid will be returned
72h before guest check-in : charge of the room rate per night of total room (s)

In some cases, guests are not requested for paying deposits and report directly
to the booking confirmation.

Responsibility of over booked accomodation:
If the Hotel cancels before 2pm local time on the
scheduled day of arrival, the Hotel's liability to the Client will be no greater
than the amount paid by the client in respect of any booking.
If the Hotel cancels after 2pm local time on the day of arrival, the Hotel's
liability will be limited to the charge for one night's accommodation. If
possible, the Hotel will find alternative accommodation for the Client (same
hotel or better hotel ) in the event that the Hotel is unable to accommodate the
Client and provide transportation to and from the HOA DAO Hotel as reasonable.
Liability in case of force majeure:
In the event of a natural disaster, the hotel is not
responsible for the provision of accommodation, meals, laundry, transportation
and other services for hotel guests. The hotel will try to do everything
possible to help customers.
Customers do not have to pay compensation in cases of force majeure such as
earthquakes, floods, the airline's fault, but they must be certified.
