Guarantee payment

According to the hotel policy, full payment may be required.
For strangers, walk- in or guests that the hotel does not keep original identification: Request a payment amount of deposit (usually one night's room rate or 1/2 room rate).
If the Guess stay only 1 day, please pay 100% room rate.
Private delegation should be guaranteed if the group in several days (more 2 days).
If you stay at the hotel for a long time, please pay cash at the end of each week.
The other exceptions must be approved by Directors.

Payment policy

Payment Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the Hotel. (Full payment should be received by Hotel before guests check-out)
All payments are exclusive of all banking charges, remittance fees, taxes, deduction or with holding whatsoever, which shall be payable by the guests.

Methods of payment

Of course, cash is always accepted by hotel VND
The credit card payment from overseas is NOT recommended because the cash withdrawal procedures in Viet Nam are very complicated. Howereve, All major credit and debit cards are accepted you can easily pay the rest of payment/ total payment at the hotel Front Desk by 3 most popular cards (Visa, Master, JCB) and all domestic credit cards.
